Duties:
Answering all customer queries within the Quality parameters (Service Centre Procedures) defined by the department.
Providing excellent customer services to clients as well as promoting a positive brand image.
Capturing client details in the Billing system.
Educating walk-in customers about company products and services , advise on the choice of appropriate products and service that suit them that are appropriate to their physical locations and in line with their specific needs.
Acting as first priority of query resolution and where necessary, taking ownership and escalating all services and product related queries to appropriate groups utilizing Fault management system.
Selling company products and services to customers and ensure that expected revenue targets are achieved.
Producing daily sales, revenue collected and stock movements reports and ensuring stock availability at all times.
Receiving Bill payments and providing customer education around Bill queries.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelors’ degree from a recognised University.
1 year experience in a busy customer and sales oriented environment.
Proficiency in data analysis, and report writing.
